My sons are using Neutrogena ';ON THE SPOT'; acne treatment. That works really well, they also have another one but I can't remember the name of it... sorry. cost is about 6.00
there is a machine called Zeno it is a light with heat that you place on the pimple and its suppose to go away in 24 hours. it is quite expensive though.
