no but that would be gross....what do you mean by acne though? if you think u have acne down there or someone else then u might want to let that clear up before you bang hips,....and that could be a std and u just think it's a pimple. how ever if you mean on the face if u make out w/ someone w/ acne and ur faces rub up near each other yes you maybe break out a little.
No, although a really inflamed pimple by the lips can look like Herpes.
