If I always wash my face and take care of it. why do I still get pimples& blackheads?

do you wear makeup?

if so it is probably your makeup brushes...

try washing them once every week...

if you dont wash them then it is wayyy eisier for it to clog your pores and make your blackheads bigger...If I always wash my face and take care of it. why do I still get pimples%26amp; blackheads?
It's not 'cause of dirt. It's 'cause of the hormones.

Use local antibiotics and keratolytic agents.

It results due to blockage of pilosebaceous ducts due to elevated sebum secretion under the influence of increased sex hormone (androgen) production. Lesions appear as whiteheads- closed comedons, due to accumulation of sebum and keratin in deeper layers, or blackheads- open comedons, due to plugging of pilosebaceous openings by keratin and sebum.

However, yes, washing your face is important as soap dissolves the oily sebum and reduces the environment for zits.If I always wash my face and take care of it. why do I still get pimples%26amp; blackheads?
Washing your face and taking care of it is the first step to clear skin, however, it is not the only resolution. If the only cause of acne was bacteria on your face, then acne would be contagious (which it is not). There are hundreds of reasons for getting acne. One of the most common reasons is eating junk food. The grease from junk food can sometimes appear on your skin, causing your face to be oily, putting truth to the saying ';you are what you eat';. Even though there are no scientific facts that say that food plays a part in causing acne, it is usually a good idea to change around your diet a little and see if it has any effect on your pimples and blackheads, and even if it doesn't, then at least you have a healthier diet for you healths sake.

Another reason is wearing your hair in you face. You hair is constantly created oils throughout the day, and if you wear your hair down often those oils can rub off onto your skin, and I don't think I need to tell you what oil can do to your face.

On more common factor of acne is scrubbing your face to hard and quickly when you wash it. Doing this can actually worsen your acne.

There really is no simple way to clear your acne, but seeing a dermatologist will always help. And never give up! Eventually you will find the remedie that works for you~!
sadly, its your genes hun. Just keep using gentle face scurbs, get medicated face washses. Proactiv worked great to clear up my skin problems.

you can also visit a dermatologist for a consult to where they can direct you to how you may completely get rid of it, but be careful their solutions cna be pricy sometimes, so its best to try all remedys beforehand!

tips: change your pillow case every 3 nights, wash your face at night before bed, and in the morning, watch wha you eat, %26amp;%26amp; drink alot of water!

good luck hun
If you have an acne problem its not so easy to get rid of it with face cleaners, you have to see a dermatoligist and sometimes even that doesnt work .. i have acnee and its cause of my genetics and my sensitive skin just eating greasy foodss wil cause me to break out no matter how many times i wash my face ....
It can be hormonal. I had pimple and still do have occasionally and I am 30 years old. The doctor told me its because of shifting hormones. There are tons of good products our there. I recommend going to a dermatologist and they will probably give a low dose amoxicillin (for bacteria) and tell you to drink lots of water and eat healthy. They will also supply you with an anti-acne cream (prescription strength)
Diet and hormones.

Avoid fast food, candy and junk. Eat lots of veggies and fruit.

Hormones will cause monthly beak-out for women. And stress can also cause break-outs.

Drinking lots of water will also help clear up skin.

And make sure the soap and make-up you are using has no oils in it.

You might want to try a different brand.

Donna
well depends, you should add more detail. is your skin complex (only oily on your T-zone, chin nose forehead) or oily or dry or normal..

maybe you could figure what kind of clenser toner and moisterizer you need. find a local dermatologist. look on yahoo maps or google maps or summffin
Maybe you're using the wrong face wash, try something non-cream based such as pro-activ, neutrogena acne wash or the body shop tea tree oil fash wash. also put pimple cream on and dont touch too much or you could risk over- irritation!

xoxo gossip girl
instead of washing with the water, a good thing, try drinking more water.

it will help.

but do not go crazy as too much water is also very bad.

just drink water instead of soda or any sweetened drinks.
it also depends what you eat, like too much salt is usually the first problem, or what is in the air around you as well that affects your skin, it soaks up a lot.
Do you go out a lot? do you touch your face? does your face wash and stuff have oil in it? do you know? ? ?
You may be washing your face too much. Doing it too often will dry out the skin, making it irritated and easier to get zits.
Could be because of what you eat and drink. Drinking water helps in cutting the appearance of pimples and blackheads.
washing your face does help, but it might also have a lot to do with what you eat. greasy foods u mainly want to avoid.
Your Jeans, you eat sumthing you aint sopos2
i want to know the answer to this too! i have the same damn problem! hope you find ur answer.. God Bless:)
