Use a bore strip or just pop em!
Try a good facial scrub for removing the loose stuff, pat your skin dry and use one of the sticky type pull-off strips like Biore or one of the others - you smooth a strip on your face and then lift it off and it pulls out a lot of the crud that is embedded beneath the surface of your skin. Use a medicated cleanser regularly to keep down the bacteria that cause pimples and use a moisturizer after every face washing, scrub, or cleansing to keep your skin from drying out after all that removal of natural oils. It may take some time and money but if you keep up with it you'll see a difference. Not everyone's skin is the same so you watch how your skin reacts - you may be able to use the stronger products or may need something mild but there are a lot of variations of good products so you should be able to settle into a good routine of skin care that works for you.

proactive
proactive, or go to walmart, go down the skin care aisle, and take your pick!
Go to Spa and ask for Estethician - they will make your skin cleaner then you ever see!

And keep it clean wash morning and evening with cleancers for acne skin (plenty of them in Pharmacy) and use scrub twicw a week (also in ask in Pharmacy)
clearasil works great
well first of all if you dont already wash your face twice a day (i suggest first thing in the morning and at night when u take a shower) u dont need any fancy pancy face wash theyre all crappy gimmics that all are the same thing with 2% salicyc acid. just use soap and warm water usign a washcloth GENTLY to scrub those pores. for the pimples, use rezamid lotion. It's an acne medication found at the pharmacy that is AWSOME. trust me, ive used all kinds of other acne stuff but it all doesnt work and tis all the same thing. but rezamid lotion works freakin awsoemly and it has this ';color matcher'; stuff that u can put in to match your skin so it serves as a cover up while ur getting rid of the zit. the stuff is like 18 or 20 buks BUT its totally worth it cuz of hte results u get and it lasts a looong time, like months. for black heads, there really isnt that much to do with those, theyre stuck in there and almost impossible to get out. try those pore strip things and if those dont work, i wouldnt freak just chill everyone gets em and wiht the washing ur face i told you about the black heads WILL go down but not disappear, theyll never disappear.
At the pharmacy or some supermarkets you can buy a product called Clear Pore Strips. You get about 6 per pack. You wet your nose, place the strip over the wet area and in about 5 minutes it will set hard. Once it is set hard you peel it off starting from the bottom working upwards. Do this gently as it does pinch a little, but it does pull out all the dirt with it. Have a close look at the strip afterwards. Its amazing.

Keep your skin clean by washing it a few times a day just with water and once or twice a day with a mild face wash suitable for your skin type. Apply a gentle face lotion so your skin doesnt completely dry out. People who have larger pores tend to have oilier skin. People with smaller pores tend to have dry skin. Some have a combination of both. Goodluck.

P.S You can use these strips on your chin and cheeks aswell.
Clean and Clear or Oxy creams. Wash your face with bar soap and then you can use the cream. Good luck. Also toothpaste works.
