whatever you do, dont squeeeze, if u have a waterbed, n press on one spot it rises in another and spreads into more.


let it grow until u feel it ready.





Sometimes if their large theyre under the skin and wont even come out and pressing it agrevates it and makes it huger.





Also drink alot of water

to prevent acne moisturize your skin often with w/e lotion or moisturizer without scent. When you wash ur face ecessively it drys out, it gets rid of the necessary oils ur skin needs, and this results in your skin producing excess oil to keep your skin mousturized which gives you pimples and an aching face.





Nivea cream is VERY good for that, It doesnt clog pores and refreshens ur skin, Washing too much makes ur face dry, u need some oils. i made that mistake my face would burn.


I hardly wash my face nemore. once a day in the shower,


make sure uwash with cold water n cold water ONLY


hot water opens pores n u get dirt in them wich causes acne





Stay away from alcohols on your face, they burn it and its a big nono

Make a paste of fresh methi ( fenugreek) leaves and apply on the face for 10-15 minutes every night and wash the face with warm water. This will prevent blackheads and is good home remedy for blackheads.





Steaming is also beneficial as it opens and softens the pores for easy removal of blackheads.





Make a face wash by mixing fresh lime juice with a glass of boiled milk and use it for the removal of blackheads.





Apply a paste of ground radish seeds in water on the blackheads.





Make paste of 5gm each of red sandalwood (Rakta Chandan) and turmeric made with milk and apply on the affected parts. This is one of the useful home remedies for blackheads.





To loosen the blackheads use a face scrub of green tea.
Hydrogen peroxide works pretty well for me, in combination with some sort of face scrub. I personally use store brand peroxide solution and Neutrogena face scrub, but you can use whatever you want.
