I know people will give me thumbs down but really, use dove bar soap.
Lather up with hot water.
Rinse your face
Wet your wash cloth with hot water
Set it on the pimples.
Pop the pimples that came to surface
Pat your face with hot water
Pat your face with cold water
My skin is very clear after doing this.
