There is no overnite miracle that will make your skin flawless..


Go to a salon or spa and get a face CLEAN-UP done..


tell them you want your blackheads and white heads removed...


wash your face with soap twice a day


drink LOTS of water , this will help flush all the bad boys that make you break-out...


If you want to lose weight that fast, then il suggest you adopt the protein diet...just google it and ul find it...i had lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks :)

Let's be realistic here: You cannot remove a whole face of blemishes in a week. Your skin is a delicate thing, and you cannot force it to clear up when you want it to. The best you can do for now is to make sure that nothing new crops up, and you don't irritate or aggravate what is already there. Take care of your skin by drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep and keeping your face clean. I personally don't use soap to clean my face - it dries it out and makes your face produce more oil which will lead to more blemishes. Splash some water on your face and pat dry - that's all there is.





Proactiv is supposedly good, but I find that the Clean and Clear Speed Gel works surprisingly well. It reduces redness within twenty-four hours, and there is a noticeable change in that span of time. Try it out, it works.





As to losing weight, cut down on snacking and aim for at least thirty minutes of walking a day. Break it up if you have to, fifteen in the morning and fifteen in the afternoon if you want. Your body won't notice the difference, but it will respond to the exercise. Eat when you are hungry, and if you're not but want to munch on something, reach for something low in calories like a handful of roasted nuts or fruit. And no, fruit juice isn't considered fruit.





Bad haircuts - go to a stylist you trust or take a photo of a cut you like and have the stylist adapt it to your face.

I really liked proactive, but the healthiest way to get rid of pimples is to let it diminishes by itself, although that does take a long time. For pimples, there's a product called Zeno which is medically proven to be really good, but it's sort of on the expensive side.





Zits: I would recommend not popping it because it may leave scars, but if you must, you should purchase one of those two ended tool especially made for zits. One side pops it little bit, so when you apply pressure around it, it will leak thru the opening. And it doesn't hurt at all.





Blackheads: don't squeeze them out by yourself. Doing it too much may cause more because clearing them might provide more room for dirt to enter. I prefer once a month. There are blackhead strips for Bior茅 and they can be purchased at drugstores.





Loose weight: drink water! Cut down dinner servings by 1/3 or so. PLease don't starve yourself though, and try those throwing up crap that makes you purposely throw up. It's gross. Just drink water, cut down amount of food you eat, especially at night. Eat more veggies, stuff high in proteins, calcium etc. Exercise! Go jogging w/ friends, do 100 jumping jacks or a certain amount of sit ups a day and increase the # day by day.





Haircut: Let the hair grow longer, or trim it down in unnecessary parts. Go to a salon and ask for suggestions before cutting it.
1. nothing really will get rid of your blemishes within a night/week. I use a gentle, clearing cleanser and then with a q-tip apply pure tee-tree oil to my blemishes-even in the morning-it rubs off at night, your blemished spots may be a little oily looking but don't worry-it goes away usually within a few minutes.





2. eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3. drink TONS of water and walk as MUCH as you can-if you bus to school and it's within a reasonable distance-walk. If you can go to the gym and use the stair climber and full body work outs. If not watch some video at home and use heavy cans for weights.





3. go back to the salon or a different salon and ask them what they can do. other than that keep it healthy so you can grow it out and cut it nicely again. i dont knwo the quirks with your hair so i can't give you any fixing/fooling the eye tips :/

i had the same prob. i tried so much stuff to get rid of my acne and nothing worked in less than a week, and it like irratated and dried up my face, but now ive just been using a cleanser morning and night for a few weeks and it works, but i recently got 2 pimple :'( oh well. you can run a mile every other day, excersise... and ask your hair stylist, or go to the local salon and they are pros they usually know what hairstyle is in style and fits your head shape or w/e.

and dye ur hair, do whatever u need to do, straighten, curl, mousse, hairspray,
