I have very clear skin and only wash my face in the shower. So when I do break out with a little pimple or so every now and then I use toothpaste! Yeah, i know it sounds weird but dab a little on it and watch how eventually it dries it out. And the minty smell cools down any redness or inflammation it may have. When you feel like taking it off just wipe it with either a cottonball that has warm water on it or a baby wipe (something gentle). And afterwards don't put anything on it unless you really need to. Visit your dermatologist. You can take an antibiotic pill and use some face cream. It works well...you use one at night and one in the morning.
If that doesn'tt work you can use Acutane a stronger medication.
