Mary Kay Facial bar soap and Mary Kay Velocity face moisterizer . I get occasional pimples and blackheads I use the soap but you need the moisterizer because the face soap drys out your skin plus the moisterizer gets rid of excess oils
I use Olay daily facial cleanser with the Olay SPF 15 moisturizer. That's done wonders to my skin so far.
raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..

the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht鈥?/a>

Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a ';very bad complexion';. She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

Cheryl writes, ';My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear

up.';

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super market health food sections.

good luck
There are couple of things you can do other than using medication.

Change your pillow case as often as possible, oil can build up on your pillow and while you are sleeping can get on your face. If you remember to change your pillow case once every night or every two to three days this will help alleviate any issues if you have a black heads.

When you鈥檙e taking a shower close all the doors and turn the shower water on as hot as you possibly can stand it. The steam will help open up the pores and can loosen the black head. This can also be accomplished by buying a facial steamer which is specifically made to open up facial pores.

When all else fails us a product that is all natural.
try using Neutrogena blackheads cleanser. Those are really good and you can also try using proactive too. proactive are kind of pricy but it works great. especially the cream mask. the cream mask cleans out the dirt and it feels wonderful.
Garnier toner is good, and it gives a good olive glow!

Lately, I've been using the **new** Clearasil Ultra Deep Pore Treatment. It's good for controlling my occasional break-outs, but it dries my skin. I like to innovate, since it does good for my blemishes, I decided to put a moisturing cream after I've applied the Clearasil pad. It's not a bad result to counterr-effect the dryness!

You could try these options! Good Luck!
I think you should go to a salon an have a facial and see what products they use and how they do the facial and ask questions on what type of skin you have, what's the best lotion to use after you wash your face ? After you have a facial you will want one every week .
Everyone's skin is different. For blackheads use a zit cream that soaks into your skin. I know some people with the exact same problem as you. Every morning and night apply a cleansing wash, a zit cream and than a gentle dry skin face lotion. I suggest Ponds.
Try the clarifying system. It works great and doesn't leave you feeling dry. You can find it at sblandino.qhealthbeauty.com
Well, most are going to leave your skin dry because your taking the oils off your skin. I like clean and clear deep action cleasing cream. Then I put a light moisturizer on after I'm done and everythings fine. The moisturizer I use is Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free for sensitive skin.
clean and clear oxygenating scrub---and pretty much the whole line of oxygenating stuff.
