How to get rid of pimples and blackheads?

i can get them to go away but they just come back and a reason i think is cause i play sports and i am outside alot and i sweat and please dont think i am stupid or dumb.How to get rid of pimples and blackheads?
hey girl, i struggles through the same thing when i was always playing sports and what has worked for me is washing my face with cold water. for a long time i would use warm or hot water. but my older brother has a clean acne free face and he uses cold water. so i tried it and it worked. i guess hot water opens up your pores and your face attracts dust and dirt easier.How to get rid of pimples and blackheads?
use dove and pears face wash for 6 weeks
that proactive on tv seems to work.

TRY PROACTIVE OR MURAD. I HEARD IT WORKS FOR SOME PEOPLE. MY SIS TRIED BOTH OF THEM AND IT DIDN'T WORK FOR HER. I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON YOUR SKIN. THE BEST WAY TO PREVENT MORE PIMPLES AND BLACK HEAD IS TO KEEP YOUR FACE CLEAN. GOOD LUCK!
