i have started doing steaming on my face. i am also oily. How can i clear my face from pimples and blackheads?
Steaming, acne pads, creams and if all else fails go to a doctor because they can prescribe really good acne medication. How can i clear my face from pimples and blackheads?
Well this is gonna sound really weird, but I Never washed my face except for rinsing it in the shower everyday with water. I NEVER had a pimple in my life. I also never wore any makeup. Everytime you use acne meds and scrub your face it washes away natural oils that are necessary for healthy skin.....Hope this helps
your blood is not pure, take black grapes dry as a food supplement and also use olive oil with lemon as a drink daily, also take amla powder indian herb if u r not known to it u can take only digestive food take salads and fruits more daily 100 gm black grapes will help u lot
proactive lotion or cream is an excellent product also murad has a big jar of white cream I can't remember the name but it was a sulfer or sulfa mask and I used to put a thin layer of it on my chin and nose at night and sometimes under make up to control oilyness but I did not rinse it off as directed by using it like a mask so I don't know if that was dumb or unsafe but it worked also theres a clay or mud mask it is a looks like a small clear hand lotion bottle filled with dark powder it has a red label I think it is called Jules and jane you can probably find it online at the website for allure magazine I am not sure the site they direct you to I think its sephora.com , but not sure. this stuff worked great I used it as directed and immediately the redness faded, but I only had a pimple once and have not used any of that stuff since a few years ago.
stop using bar soap liquid neutrogena is good and use disposable washcloths or a new one for your face only everytime you wash these are breeding grounds for bacteria. also buy an antimicrobial pillow cover and change your pillow case everynight when your face is broken out cause the oil and bacteria are on there throw away and replace all sponges and wash your brushes in baby shampoo let them air dry and buy new ones to start using after your face clears. use seven generations or tide free liquid laundry soap for your pillowcases sheets towels wash cloths to reduce amount of chemical residue and irritants that touch your face and drink more water dont touch your face, and if you wear foundation and it is not a squeeze bottle everytime you touch that open bottle from your hands to fingers to face to bottle again you are transferring microorganisms (they are everywhere) and normally they are not a problem except when irritation is coming from somewhere you have to treat the pimple like it is an infection and break the cycle of infection and reinfection and not let the wrong microorganism become the dominant one on anything that touches your face. also dont share make up with your friends if you replace your foundation pour it out on a little make up sponge and apply it with clean fingertips pretend you are contaminating your make up if you touch the make up in the bottle or if you dont put the cap on its head upside down on the counter and that every make up sponge you use once is contaminated. I know it all sounds like over kill but I have only had one pimple once and my sister's improved dramatically after she used proactive and she has not broken out since she tried to stop cross contaminating her own make up there are normal germs all over inside and out of your body so washing your hands a million times and scrubbing everything down with lysol obsessively is not what I am trying to suggest and it wont help anyway good luck
I was told that pimples and blackheads are toxins being released from your body. Change your eating habits to a healthy diet.
Find a product for oily skin. Follow with a three step process. Wash your face, use a toner, and moisturize with an oil free facial lotion. Once a week use a mask. Try using Clearasil for those pop ups.
You can try Proactiv, it seems to work wonders for most people- if you follow the instructions.
If it is very bad, I'd go to a dermatologist.
But never wash your face more than twice a day, or overload it with acne fighting products, because this aggravates the skin and causes more oil production.
And also remember, your skin will not clear up overnight... don't be discouraged, eventually you'll find a regimen that works for you- then stick with it!
in our country, there is a very weird and old way of preventing to have pimples and blacheads. it is washing your face with water from rice. i haven't tried it yet but many elders prove that it is effective.
I love the purifying mask from o c bigelow, then I use the o c bigelow cucumber skin tonic, I spray it on instead of wiping it on, o c bigelow also has a great honey almond face scrub, and here is a link for a tool that I have that really gets the blackheads out. Steaming is good too use a mini crock pot to get the water hot enough, and Swiss Kriss herbs from the health food store, put the swiss kriss herbs in the pot with water in the sink with a towel over your head and blow on the hot water to make the steam come up.
USE PROACTIVE!!!MY BOY FRIEND USE IT AND IT WORKS
I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of acne and it wouldn't go away.
Then a friend told me to put TOOTHPASTE on the place where the pimple is on my face.
The best way to do this is to first wash your face with Cetaphil face cleanser (the best as recommended by dermatologists), then dab toothpaste over where the pimple is. Then cover the toothpaste with a small piece of tissue paper (don't use anything thicker than toilet paper) so that you won't get the paste all over everything.
Do this before you go to sleep at night or when you're at home and not planning to go out. It should lessen the swelling and redness.
ok well washing ur face EVERY nite is a big part of it. you can use several things like neutrogena black head eliminating treatment mask. or for a faster one (depending on what kind of skin you have) cornsilk zero blackhead pore cleanser. that one works very good.!! good luck
go to www.lush.com this stuff is all organic and works wonders
