What's a quick way to get rid of pimples, blackheads, and nodules?

HELP! All these just took over my face over night! Oh and please dont say proactiv (i tried it and it doesnt work)What's a quick way to get rid of pimples, blackheads, and nodules?
Take a cloth


soak it in some hot/warm water


take the cloth and lay it over your face and lay down for about 5 minutes


go to the sink and take some soap and start scrubbing your face


everywhere, make sure you really wash it good


then wipe it off with the warm cloth


and soak the cloth into cold water


and wipe down your face


should work :]

Take a shower or wash your face with warm/hot water with a mild acne soap. Then pat dry and apply Neosporin (antibiotic gel) with a cotton swab. Apply a glob of Neosporin on each pimple. Do this 3 times each day and before you go to sleep. If you have to go out and be with people, you might want to use a little less. For me, it seems the warm water softens the skin and allows the Neosporin to absorb and kill the bacteria.
Desitin. It's a brand used for treating rashes on baby butts. It always clears my acne in 2-4 days.
