the best thing to do is figure out whats causing them, and treat that.

amy is right!!!!!!!!!!!! my dermatologist says to use dove sensitive white bar soaptoo. the birth controll pill yaz is fda aproved to clear up your skin. since i went on this pill my skin has been awesome! there are some other obvious things like do not touch your face a lot, and dont use crazy amounts of hair products that end up touching your face. i would so give amy the best answer!
go into dilard's or macy's and go to the clinique stand and they actually have a group of dermatolagists to help you. i did and by 3 days my face was soooo clear and it is not that expensive. they also work with your type of skin. i am sooo serius, it is the best thing you will ever do in your entire life!!!!
first you need to go to the dermatoligist and get something reallly strong like differin or something. (I went on accutane then differin, perfectt!!)

There is no one solve it all product for every type of skin. It really depends on your skin type. Is it predominately oily, dry, or normal?
